Currently CHC manages over 20 facilities owned by two separate non-profit corporations: Retirement Ranches, Inc., and Wisconsin Illinois Senior Housing Inc. Although our headquarters are in Colorado, we can manage facilities in any state. Facilities we currently manage are located in Illinois, Wisconsin and New Mexico.
