CHC specializes in long term care management and operations. In addition to the management agreements we have with owners of nursing homes, assisted livings and other senior care entities, CHC also provides consulting services that include working with long term care providers to expand existing services, explore new services including performing feasibility studies and assisting providers in securing financing. Additionally, we provide consultation services to financial institutions that are in need of an operational analysis to determine long term financial viability of a project.
CHC provides educational sessions to long term care providers in a variety of areas, however; recently we have been specializing in the area of regulatory updates and conformance with various state and federal requirements. CHC President, Bob Siebel has personally conducted seminars in over 45 states which include programs with universities, professional societies, trade associations and, in some cases, individual providers who have requested educational offerings.
CHC provides facilities a unique learning environment through bi-annual meetings in which administrators and other key facility personnel meet for interactive educational sessions and networking. These meetings also afford the facilities the opportunity to share personal experiences and meaningful dialogue by troubleshooting with peers to achieve the optimum quality facility for residents and employees alike.
